Son of William and Maud Butler, of March, Cambridgeshire.

Initially buried at the cemetery T´Hof in Bergeyk.

 

Kenneth William Butler probably got injured on the attack on Bladel on the 22nd of September.

The war diary for his regiments states for that day: 4 Other Ranks killed, 1 officer and 17 Other Ranks wounded. 3 other ranks missing.

 

He was born June 1st 1925. His brother died February 1942 in Singapore aged 28.
