From the service records of Trevor Isaac Jones, the following account can be reconstructed.

Trevor Isaac Jones was born on 16 April 1914 in Llanybyther, Carmarthenshire. In civilian life he worked as a milk processor. He married Edith Samuel on 26 January 1934 in Carmarthenshire, and together they had at least one child.

He enlisted in the British Army on 20 June 1940. His physical description records him as 5 feet 6 inches tall, with neutral-coloured eyes and dark brown hair.

Trevor Isaac Jones was sent to North-West Europe on 25 June 1944. He was killed in action on 22 September 1944, during the heavy fighting of the autumn campaign in 1944.
