Died during a German bombing rais on the newly liberated town of Eindhoven. Initially buried in the garden of the Lijmbeekstraat 340, Eindhoven.

From the service records of Douglas George Wragg, the following account can be reconstructed.

Douglas George Wragg was born on 22 April 1924 in Whittington, Hereford, Herefordshire. In civilian life he worked as a tractor driver. He was not married.

He enlisted in the British Army and initially joined the Primary Training Centre (PTC). On 15 April 1943 he was transferred to the Royal Army Service Corps.

According to his service records, he was 5 feet 10½ inches tall, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Douglas George Wragg was killed in action on 19 September 1944.
